I have worked with Dale over the past few years in financial crime compliance. Dale was hired to help us improve processes and efficiencies, as well as provide day-to-day support for our global financial crime team. Dale is a highly experienced Financial Crime Compliance and Regulatory Transformation Specialist. As Managing Director of AegisNex, he brings a strategic vision and deep expertise to help financial institutions achieve meaningful results.

With a PRINCE2 Project Management qualification, Dale excels in leading teams and delivering multimillion-dollar digital transformation projects. His ability to engage with Board and C-Suite executives, combined with his strong analytical skills, allows him to simplify complex issues and communicate clear, actionable insights.

Dale’s expertise spans compliance frameworks, operating models, remediation projects, and large-scale technology implementations, ensuring organisations stay compliant while driving transformation.

Outside of work, Dale is a Trustee/Director at Befrienders Worldwide, a global suicide prevention network, demonstrating his commitment to making a broader social impact.
